     Irisan has a very few population. Before you can count the people that are living here in Irisan. But now there is many highlanders that migrate here in Baguio especially here in Irisan. for example in Irisan U.P cypress it's a mix of different tribe Muslim,Sagada Mt. province, Kalinga and others.
         Irisan has a biggest population. Irisan is divided into 33 Puroks. All this settlers are from different provinces here in CAR. The land here in Irisan before is if they can sell per square meter it's only cost 2 pesos. If you are a trauncy type of person then you can notice that all of the street here in Irisan are name after the first people that lived here in Irisan. for example in Mang-os street,Luna street,the school Joaquin Smith and others. The house of Ibaloi people before are made of pinewood and cogon.
         The first family here in Irisan are the Luna,Smith,Bugnay,Alvares,Maganes,Oseo,Binay-an,Copero,Dunnong,Gabol,Sagud,Menecio,Tacloy,Balaon,Ingosan,Catalan,Tacay and Mang-os.
          Irisan before is a thickly forested with pine trees.
 Virginia Luna is the second "punong barangay " here in Irisan and a native from barlig Mt. province.she is not ibaloi by birth but she is knowledgeable enough in the culture and tradition of Ibaloi.she is a market vendor and                                                                              a dealer.
          Therefore, Irisan now has many population because of many people that migrated here in Baguio especially here in Irisan.
